About
We support people and organizations in their personal and inter-personal development.
The next generation of management and corporate development.
New Liberation is the pioneer for the personal development of people and effective organizations. The focus is on liberation from old paradigms and patterns, outdated methods, limiting beliefs, dysfunctional relationship networks and a replacement of the dangerous “CONTINUE AS IS”. We need a new approach to mastering the current challenges – and to do this we need to throw the unproven overboard.
This “new liberation” is therefore our name, the purpose and the promise at the same time. It requires us to question everything in order to make a conscious decision. It involves the unreserved acceptance of what is today: no whitewashing, sitting out, repressing, excusing or denying. Only a shared understanding will take us forward.
What makes us different
We learn through collective experience – not through seminars that are forgotten a week later.
We think and work holistically and systemically – not in isolated measures that usually remain ineffective.
We work on an interdisciplinary basis – integrating findings from psychology, sociology, business administration, etc.
We see companies as a collective of all stakeholders – not as a concentration of individual power.
We have the courage to break new ground – and not just change the packaging to sell better.
Change through conviction – how it started.
Rolf Buchholz worked for many years as a manager in international industrial and consulting companies. Before launching “new liberation” on 01.01.2024, he founded the management consultancy KEY VALUES in Hamburg, which specializes in innovation and transformation. Over the past 20 years, Rolf has gained valuable experience in the areas of corporate, executive and personnel development, as well as leadership and change management.
In doing so, he repeatedly recognized that many people and organizations are unable to truly develop their potential. Old beliefs, bad experiences, recurring patterns or constant doubts often stand in the way. Sometimes insufficient self-reflection and restrained decision-making also slow down the ability to shape and change.
There was an increasing desire to work less on the symptoms and more on helping people to free themselves from fundamental blockages and eliminate the causes. This applies to managers and companies alike. By integrating findings and tools from psychology, sociology and business management, new approaches to solving fundamental challenges have been developed.
