“Future skills” or future competencies refer to the skills that individuals and companies need to be successful in the current and future dynamics of change. These skills help to adapt to the changing requirements of the global economy, technological progress and social change. Future skills comprise a combination of learning ability, cognitive skills and a new attitude or mindset that promotes innovation and continuous development as well as adaptation to new circumstances.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Emotional intelligence (often abbreviated as EI or EQ) refers to the ability to recognize, understand, control and effectively use one’s own emotions as well as to perceive, interpret and react to the emotions of others. It encompasses a range of skills and competencies that play a decisive role in personal and social success.
Training content: Deep listening (active listening and understanding), empathy and mindfulness development, authenticity as a basis for trust, interpreting body language and facial expressions correctly, negotiation and persuasion techniques (framing, priming), constructive confrontation, objection handling…
WHAT IF
Management workshop on corporate resilience. Companies are currently exposed to the same dynamic external influences as before. The speed of development, uncertainties, cyberattacks, dependencies, complexity, doubts – all of this has increased without many companies having found an answer to these changes.
Workshop contents: Dimensions of adaptation, what if…,how to create business resilience? What is required for this? How can companies learn from adversity? People empowerment means that managers and employees are enabled to take control of their work tasks, make their own decisions and assert their rights. SELF-MANAGEMENT
Self-knowledge is the conscious recognition and understanding of one’s own thoughts, feelings, behavior, strengths and weaknesses. This includes the ability to think about oneself, to reflect on one’s own behavior, to gain insight into personal motivations and to recognize how one’s own actions affect others. Self-management refers to the ability to regulate and control one’s own emotions, impulses and behavior in order to achieve personal and professional goals. This includes setting priorities, staying organized and adapting to changing circumstances.
