The lecture explores these questions and highlights new challenges and alternative courses of action on the basis of positive and negative examples. Die Teilnehmer können sich auf dieser Basis ein eigenes Bild machen und reflektieren, wo sie als Führungskräfte stehen, bzw. wo die Organisation steht und wo gezielte Maßnahmen erforderlich und zielführend wären.

In order to master the challenges of transformation (digitalization, shortage of skilled workers, supply bottlenecks, agile working, etc.), a number of prerequisites are required. These include a clear target system and level of ambition, defined change requirements, change capabilities, clear roles and responsibilities, etc. Transformations can only succeed once the breeding ground for change and improvement has been created. The presentation takes up current challenges from many companies and shows on the one hand the importance of attitude and prerequisites, but also the cultural development and scaling of changes on the basis of examples.
