New Liberation is a new interdisciplinary counseling and coaching approach that focuses on liberation from old patterns, paradigms and unwholesome beliefs. This integrates findings and methods from psychology, new management approaches, consciousness development and aspects of mental health and healing. The “new liberation” therefore has a meaning for the individual as well as for companies as an interacting collective of employees.
We know that old convictions and behaviors must first be consciously questioned and in some cases abandoned in order for something new to emerge and for degrees of freedom to develop that can unleash new forces.
